WHAT IS PHOTOGRAMMETRY?

Photogrammetry is a data-gathering technique that derives information about an object from photographs. The process involves taking photographs of an object from multiple angles (lines of sight) to create a 3D picture of the object’s points of interest. Photogrammetry can be used for gathering data on everything from tiny objects to entire landscapes.
